SPACE // EARTH
🌍 EARTH JUST GOT SLOWER — AND IT’S ALL THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY’S FAULT. China’s Three Gorges Dam is so massive, it literally slowed Earth’s rotation by 0.06 microseconds. By holding back 10 trillion gallons of water, the dam shifted the planet’s mass — like moving weights on a spinning top. NASA confirmed it: our infrastructure now tweaks the physics of Earth itself.
—> THIS ISN’T A ONE-TIME THING: The planet’s spin has been slowing for billions of years — but not like this. Normally, the Moon drags us down by a few milliseconds every century. But now, humans are accelerating the process. Mega-dams. Melting ice. Earthquakes. We’re building stuff big enough to change time.
—> AND IT MIGHT BE WHY YOU EXIST: Longer days gave ancient microbes more time to photosynthesize — slowly flooding the atmosphere with oxygen. That oxygen made complex life possible. So yeah, a few extra hours of sunlight billions of years ago might be why you’re here reading this. Now we’re building machines that can change the length of a day… again.
🧬 What happens when the next generation of megastructures doesn’t just power cities — but changes planetary spin, daylight cycles, and ecosystems?
🛠️ Welcome to the age of human-scale terraforming.

FUTURES
📉📈 WALL STREET FLIPS FROM PANIC TO WINNING STREAK. Markets started ugly but ended upbeat Wednesday, as early fears of a shrinking U.S. economy gave way to a late-day rebound. Despite a rough GDP report and Trump’s trade war dragging on importers, stocks clawed back to keep the rally alive.
—> 📊 S&P 500: +0.1% — 7-day winning streak intact, barely
—> 💼 Dow Jones: +141 pts (+0.3%) — bounced back after -780 pt drop
—> 🧪 Nasdaq: -0.1% — tech stayed soft in choppy trading
Investors are riding a rollercoaster of tariff fears and recession signals — and somehow still ending up in the green. For now.

CRYPTO
🪙 MILLENNIALS GO FULL CRYPTO: A new study finds that 53% of U.S. millennials now own crypto—and they’re not just holding, they’re spending. According to CouponFollow’s latest report, a growing number of millennials are using Bitcoin and Ethereum for everyday purchases, signaling a seismic shift in retail behavior and trust in digital assets.
—> WHY IT MATTERS: This isn't just about investing. Millennials are blending crypto into their real-world transactions, with 15% of crypto owners using it to pay "whenever possible." Nearly two-thirds use it occasionally. More than half of millennial crypto users have already made up to five purchases using digital currencies in the last year.
—> MEN LEADING, WOMEN CATCHING UP: 66% of male millennials surveyed own crypto compared to 45% of women. But across the board, awareness and use are climbing—especially among younger millennials and elder Gen Z.
—> RETAILERS, TAKE NOTE: If your checkout doesn’t include crypto, you may be missing out on the next-gen shopper. This shift in spending behavior is also shaping how brands compete—price sensitivity, rewards, and free shipping still reign, but convenience and payment flexibility are becoming key.
📲 Millennials are turning their wallets digital—and they’re not waiting for permission.

🪨 US + UKRAINE STRIKE RARE EARTH DEAL FOR THE FUTURE. The U.S. just secured priority access to Ukraine’s rare earth minerals—the building blocks for AI chips, EVs, space gear, and next-gen weapons. In exchange, America will co-fund a reconstruction investment fund in Ukraine. Kyiv keeps full control of its land and resources, but the deal means U.S. companies will be first in line to mine.
🔋 MINING FOR AI, NOT JUST ENERGY. These aren’t your average rocks. Rare earth minerals like lithium and neodymium power everything from neural implants to hypersonic jets. With China dominating global supply, the U.S. is racing to secure new sources before the next wave of AI, defense, and space tech demand hits.
🌌 THE PLANETARY PLAY. This isn’t just about Earth. NASA and private firms are eyeing asteroids, Mars, and the Moon for future mining ops. Deals like this are dry runs for off-world extraction—where whoever controls the minerals controls the machines.
💥 THE BIG PICTURE. This is part trade, part war strategy. The minerals deal locks the U.S. into Ukraine’s future, and some military aid may now count as "equity" in the country’s rebuild. As President Trump said: “We haven’t seen the fruits of the deal yet—but we will.”
HYPERSONICS
✈️ LOCKHEED’S HYPERSONIC JET… THE SON OF BLACKBIRD IS COMING — AND IT BREAKS TIME ITSELF. Lockheed Martin’s long-rumored hypersonic ghost jet, the SR-72, is nearly ready for its grand debut in 2025 — and with a top speed of Mach 5+ (4,000+ mph), it’s not just fast. It’s faster than anything ever built by humans.
—> EARTH TO ANYWHERE IN 90 MINUTES: Built by Skunk Works, the SR-72 will cross continents before your coffee cools. From launch to impact, its unmanned AI brain and scramjet engine combo mean D.C. to Beijing in 90 minutes, no refueling, no humans, no delay. It’s a machine built for time dominance, not just air superiority.
—> NOT A PLANE. NOT A MISSILE. SOMETHING NEW. This isn't your grandfather’s Cold War spy plane. The SR-72 is fully autonomous, capable of real-time intelligence gathering and precision strike at speeds no defense system on Earth can match. Some say it’s the first war machine that doesn’t need warfighters. Others say it’s a blueprint for a post-human battlefield.
—> THE PROPULSION SYSTEM SHOULDN’T EXIST: Using TBCC tech — a turbine for subsonic flight, a scramjet for hypersonic — the SR-72 operates across speed regimes previously thought impossible. If it works, it tears open the fabric of modern aerospace. If it fails, the physics alone could bankrupt nations.
—> 2030: THE SKY GOES DARK: If funding holds, the SR-72 goes operational by 2030. By then, surveillance, strike, and stealth may not require satellites or soldiers — just a black triangle on the edge of the atmosphere. You won’t hear it. You won’t see it. You’ll just know: something passed.
👁 The SR-72 isn’t just fast. It’s a preview of the weapons future wars won’t be able to stop.
